Hastwell Travel & Cruise was conceived as a personalised travel agency in 1992 and still operates under this principle. Hastwell Travel & Cruise is a member of Travellers Choice, Australia's leading network of independent travel agents. Mark Hastwell was a director of Travellers Choice for over ten years, with seven of these as Chairman, and Trinity Hastwell was elected onto the Travellers Choice board in 2013. Being a member of Travellers Choice gives us access to special preferred agreements with major suppliers and airlines, benefits of which are passed on to our clients.

ATAS is a national accreditation scheme, endorsing travel agents who have met strict financial and customer service criteria.
